我TMD当然知道没收我税···受不了了···于是昨晚发了第三封邮件,告诉他们我对他们的客服失去耐心了。我把网站退款条款截图附上了,又把价格差异列了个等式外加文字解释给附上了,嘿,人家不理我了。
于是我刚刚发了第四封邮件,把这事原原委委从头到脚又解释了一遍。把订单发货邮件、退款条款截图、商品现价截图都附上了。把增值税的问题也解释了。又把差价等式列进去了。顺便告诉他们这事不解决我会一直发邮件给他们···
一百来块钱本来不算事,当初也是碰碰运气才查他们是否有保护条款的。但既然有这个条款,就应该有相应的服务。他们这种办事效率和态度着实不能忍受。我决定战斗到底,一天一封,就当练习英文写作了。
