1) Place an order online for your alternative item and reply to your despatch notification email, requesting us to refund you your delivery cost
2) Provide us with a link to the product you require, state the the size and also permission to charge your card, and we will place the order for you.
Please note that your shipping cost cannot exceed the amount for the previous order, we can only offer you free delivery on a single alternative item. Please do not hesitate to contact us again should you require any further assistance.
