愉快的第一次，郁闷的第二次

22晚上第一次自己在PDS上下单，23凌晨收到第一份电子邮件，24晚7点收到第二份邮件，开始等待，28号下午收到鞋子，DPD查询上还显示在路上，汗！
28心动了，继续选了两双鞋子下单，很快收到第一份邮件，但是到今天30晚上还是没有第二份邮件，回信一问，收到答复，摘选其中理由大家爽一下：We are currently working through a high volume of e-mails. We will endeavour to answer your query as quickly as possible. However, please be aware that here in the UK we have national bank holidays on both Friday and Monday, and therefore there may be a delay in response.
