急求助,前两天下单,由于一双鞋4月2号才能到货所以一直没发货,已经扣款。结果今天发邮件说另一件商品缺货,但是没说处理方法。
求助我该怎么办,pds会在4月2号到货后只发那双鞋给我还是取消订单给我退款呢?我用不用进行操作还是邮件联系呢?
