We are now utilising a new Royal Mail service for orders being shipped outside of the UK. Unfortunately there is no tracking number supplied but Royal Mail assure us that the time frame for delivery is the same as the previously traceable service (approx 5-7 working days for European deliveries and 7-14 working days for international deliveries).
The parcel will be delivered by the national postal service in your country. If you are not available at the time the parcel is delivered it is likely that it will be held at your local delivery depot. If you haven't received the parcel within the time frame listed above we would advise contacting you local parcel depot in person with some identification confirming your name and address as it is likely the parcel will be waiting for you.
If you have not recieved your parcel in the below timescales from dispatch, please contact us again and we shall take appropriate action.
