为毛900多的东西要交30%的税？不是说超过一定额度才交么？

悲剧了 不知道PDS发什么疯，明明拍的东西显示的运送方式是 “standard” ， 应该是发皇家邮政。

结果给我发的DPD，昨天DHL发短信给我了，按报价收30%税费，900多的东西，税要交300了，还有20的手续费，说是他们垫付了税费要收20手续费！

发邮件问PDS为啥给我发DPD，人家这么回的：

Thank you for your email. An order will be shipped by the most appropriate means as to the weight, size and cost of the order, we cannot specify a shipment method just so you can avoid paying import duties as we have a legal obligation to ensure that items are exported correctly.

我竟无言以对。
