求助，丢件后pds发来的邮件是什么意思
pds海淘发的dpd，但是没有收到快件，最近一直在跟pds沟通希望他们能帮我查询dpd转到国内后的ems单号。pds说他们一直在调查，今天发邮件来这样写的，Like I said before DPD needs that letter of denial, which needs to be dated and signed by you, in order to raise an investigation.我不理解这是什么意思，拒绝信是什么意思呢？需要我签署的又是什么？望版主和大虾指点下，在线等。
